General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems from your description that your daughter is having infective diarrhea. If there are no signs of dehydration, then she can be treated at home.

Kindly give her the following:
1. Tablet containing Ofloxacin with Ornidazole.
2. Easily digestible semi-solid food.
3. Tender coconut and Oral Rehydration Solution.

Gradually, she should be able to overcome the same and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
